Lead Pizza Maker
We're looking for a skilled and passionate Lead Pizza Maker to join our kitchen crew. You'll be responsible for crafting our signature Detroit-style pies, maintaining quality standards, and mentoring junior kitchen staff. Experience with artisan dough and high-volume production is a major plus.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of pizza or bakery experience
- Knowledge of dough fermentation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food handler certification preferred
- Strong team leadership skills
Front of House Supervisor
As Front of House Supervisor, you'll lead the dining room experience, coordinate service staff, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied. You'll set the tone for hospitality and work closely with our kitchen team to deliver seamless service during busy shifts.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years in restaurant supervision
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with POS systems
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
- Weekend and evening availability required
Delivery Driver
Join our delivery team and be the face of Via 313 in Houston neighborhoods. You'll represent our brand from the moment you pick up a fresh order to the moment it arrives at the customer's door — with a smile and professionalism every time.

- Valid Texas driver's license & clean record
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Familiarity with Houston streets

- Smartphone with navigation apps
Line Cook
We're looking for enthusiastic line cooks to join our kitchen brigade. You'll prep ingredients, assemble menu items, and keep the kitchen running like clockwork. No prior pizza experience required — just a love for food and a willingness to learn from our seasoned team.

Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Help us tell the Via 313 story online. You'll manage our social media channels, create engaging content, coordinate promotions, and grow our digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, and beyond. A passion for food photography and brand storytelling is a must.
Key Requirements
- 1–2 years of social media or content experience
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Knowledge of Instagram & Facebook analytics
- Food or hospitality industry background a plus
